A comprehensive event aimed at supporting both the physical and mental well-being of students was held at Gelendost Vocational School. Organized consecutively on the same day, the program addressed the topics of “Healthy Nutrition” and “Psychological Resilience” with contributions from experts in their respective fields.
In the first part of the event, Dietitian Beyzanur GÖKSULAR shared valuable insights on the importance of healthy and balanced nutrition. Emphasizing proper food choices, portion control, and sustainable eating habits in daily life, GÖKSULAR highlighted the long-term effects of young people’s dietary patterns on overall health.
In the continuation of the program, Psychologist Fatih COŞKUN met with participants through his presentation titled “Psychological Resilience.” COŞKUN provided important information on coping with stress, maintaining strength in the face of challenges, and preserving emotional balance.
The event, which saw strong participation, contributed to raising awareness among students about both physical and mental health. The program concluded with a Q&A session and closing remarks by the Director of the Vocational School, Assist. Prof. Dr. Didem AKPINAR KANKAYA, who expressed her thanks.
